A new apartment building plan at 50th and Lyndale will be presented at this week’s City Planning Commission’s Committee of the Whole meeting. Editor's note May 8, 2023: the building plan was dropped from this meeting but will be presented at the May 10 City Planning Commissions Committee of the Whole meeting.

The planned apartment building would be built on three parcels of land, one of which has an existing house and garage built. The other parcels are empty. The building design was developed by Christian Dean Architecture.
