There's a Mayoral Candidate Forum happening tonight from 6 - 7:30 at Plymouth Congregational Church (1900 Nicollet Ave S). You can go in person or follow this link to watch it live on YouTube then.

The election is right around the corner, and early voting has been open for a couple weeks (information on how you can do that here). There have been multiple forums every week, and as one candidate told us last week, "it's interesting to hear whose answers are changing." Tune in and see what they all have to say tonight.

The Parks & Rec Department resurfaced the bike paths on the west side of Cedar, north side of Isles, west side of Bde Maka Ska, and Dean Parkway in the past two weeks. All of the trails are now open, smooth, and beautiful. The final stretch of the Midtown Greenway resurfacing is still being worked on and will be done soon. Go for a ride while the weather is beautiful this week!

STUFF TO DO

If you're looking for fall colors, the DNR says Minneapolis is only at about 10% of its peak. Head up north to find places that are at 100%. You can track it using this cool map that the DNR keeps up to date.

While the 70 degree days are still hanging on, the sports calendar is moving fast, and the Wild and Timberwolves BOTH have preseason games tonight.

Quick preview of the week ahead: Tomorrow,we're going to ask you a few things about the upcoming election – how you're feeling and what you need to know before voting. We're also going to be announcing details about our membership program, sharing some interesting work from a community group, and more later this week. Stay tuned!
