Hi Flora! is the new name for the plant-based, THC-themed restaurant and storefront moving into the former Common Roots space, as reported by Racket. It was formally named Juniper.

The business is also moving forward without Juniper’s co-founder, Michelle Courtright. Courtright ran the plant-based restaurant Fig + Farro, located in Seven Points, which closed during the pandemic.

“I’ve left the partnership with Heather Klein and have been advised by my attorney to not say more until we’ve finalized the settlement,” Courtright said in an email to Southwest Voices in late March.

Southwest Voices reached out to Klein about this legal business separation in March but did not hear back.

Hi Flora!’s storefront will open on April 20 at 4:20 p.m. where people can purchase take-home THC and CBD products, NA drinks, and take-home meals. The restaurant is planned to open in May.

Hi Flora! is located at 2558 Lyndale Ave S.
