Broders' Cucina Italiana is back open today at 11 AM following their recent fire. It sounds like they'll need a bit more time to get their pizza oven back in operation, but they'll be back in action (along with their sister restaurants at the Pasta Bar and Terzo) if you want to go support them. A fight about the cracks in a Cedar Isles condo tower and the Southwest light rail project is continuing, with a forensic engineering firm (caveat: hired by the Met Council) saying that the vast majority of the structural damage was caused by other factors than the construction.
