Neighbors for More Neighbors, an organization that has long supported the 2040 Plan, is filing an amicus brief in district court in support of the plan. Why? Recently a district court judge ordered a pause to any development approvals that are allowed under the 2040 plan aka multi-family dwellings on previously single-family zoned land. We will keep you posted on this developing story (no pun intended).
